These terms govern your use of CSV Boss, available at csvdashboard.uk, and the associated Discord bot. Please read them before using the service.
By accessing or using CSV Boss you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the service.
CSV Boss is a free, non-commercial tool that displays Rust game statistics for Discord communities. It is operated by an individual as a personal project. It is not a company and no fee is charged for its use.
You must be old enough to hold a Discord account in your jurisdiction, and at least 13 years of age, to use this service.
Access is granted through Discord authentication, or through a password issued to a clan. You are responsible for keeping any password confidential and for all activity carried out under your access. Access is granted at our discretion and may be withdrawn.

Where you generate a share link, you are responsible for who you provide it to and for any onward distribution by those persons. You should not publish a share link publicly unless every member whose data appears on that dashboard is content for it to be public. A share link can be revoked at any time by generating a replacement.
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue all or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
Statistics shown may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. They are provided for interest only and must not be relied upon for any decision of consequence.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
The service relies on Discord, Steam and third-party Rust server networks. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, accuracy or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
CSV Boss is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with Facepunch Studios Ltd (the developer of Rust), Discord Inc., Valve Corporation, or any Rust server network. Rust, Discord and Steam are trademarks of their respective owners, and all names and marks referenced remain the property of those owners.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, where we consider that you have breached these terms or where continued access presents a risk to the service or to other users.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do, and your continued use of the service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
