This policy explains what information CSV Boss collects, why it is collected, how it is used, and the rights you have over it. It applies to the website at csvdashboard.uk and the Discord bot connected to it.

CSV Boss is an independently operated, non-commercial project that displays Rust game statistics for Discord communities. For the purposes of the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, the operator of CSV Boss is the data controller and can be reached at [email protected].
We collect only what is required to display a clan dashboard:
We do not collect email addresses, Discord or Steam passwords, payment information, message content, or voice audio.
Your information is used solely to operate the service: to authenticate you, to match your Discord account to your Steam profile, to display statistics to you and to other members of your clan, and to keep the service running and secure. It is not used for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making.
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) in operating a service that members of a Discord community have chosen to use, and on consent (Article 6(1)(a)) where you voluntarily link a Steam account. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by unlinking that account or contacting us.
We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose your information to third parties. Data is processed only by the hosting provider used to run the service, acting as a processor on our behalf. We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
A clan leader may generate a share link for their clan's dashboard. Any person holding that link can view that dashboard without signing in, including linked player names and statistics. Share links are unguessable but are not otherwise access-controlled, and anyone given a link can pass it on.
A leader can revoke a share link at any time by generating a new one, which immediately invalidates the previous link.
Information is retained for as long as your clan's dashboard exists, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Server logs are retained for a short period for operational and security purposes and are then overwritten.
Data is stored on servers located in Germany, within the European Union.
Traffic to the site is encrypted in transit. Access to the underlying database is restricted to the operator. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request that it be corrected or erased, to object to or restrict its processing, and to request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We use a single strictly necessary cookie to maintain your signed-in session. It contains no personal information and expires when your session ends. We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party cookies.
Discord requires users to be at least 13 years old, or older where local law requires. This service is not directed at children below that age and should not be used by them.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes will be made clear on the site.
